This page is for use only by University of Toronto departmental technical support staff who are going to install the Oracle Connector for Outlook, hereafter OCFO, software for their customers.
The University of Toronto Computing and Networking Services pays Oracle for a software license and continuing maintenance for Oracle Calendar, including OCFO, for each University of Toronto Faculty and Staff person who has activated their UTORid for UTORschedule. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient licenses for Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Windows.
By proceeding you agree to the following:
- You will only provide access to the OCFO software for individual use with UTORschedule by your own customers or yourself all of whom must be (1) University of Toronto Staff or Faculty, and (2) must have activated their UTORid for use with UTORschedule.
- That all use of the OCFO is subject to the terms of the license
between the University of Toronto and Oracle, to the University of Toronto Acceptable Use of
Information Technology and other applicable law and University codes.
- That you agree to remove all access to the OCFO for any person, including yourself, who is no longer a University of Toronto Staff or Faculty,
or whose UTORid ceases to be activated for UTORschedule, or whose UTORid is no longer valid.
